This online child care training is designed for both novice and experienced child care providers who care for preschool age children. Participants will learn to use books and literature with young children. Participants will also be actively involved in applying skills in choosing books and reading to young children. 10. Preschool Science: A Sense of Wonder and Discovery- (4 clock hours)

You do not have to have a degree in biology, science, or own a chemistry set to help young children in your early childhood program learn about science. The rudiments of a science curriculum start with the child and the world around them.
