Where do I go to login?

Go to this page to enter the conference-

Do I have to select the workshop I want previous to taking it?

No, from the Agenda page, you can just click the link to enter the session you want.

Is there a separate login / link for each session?

There is no login from the Agenda page, you can just click the link to enter the session you want.

Why should I join the Facebook group?

You will have a place to find answers, seek help, share and discuss and win door prizes.

What technology do I need?

• An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
• A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in (optional)

Do I need to download Zoom?

No, you should be able to click a link and enter

5:45pm-6pm- welcome and reminders on Facebook Live

6-7pm session one

What do I do if I need help during the conference?

How do I get a certificate for a session?

Please complete this survey This will be a generic certificate or attendance to the conference. Click here to learn about getting ceus certificates and entry into state registries.

How long will it take for me to get a certificate?

We ask that you allow 2 weeks, but we aim to be much faster. Certificates will be emailed.

How can I get credit for watching a recording?

This is available as part of our upgrade options. Click here to learn more.

When will the recordings be available to view?

We will post them on Facebook, we hope to have them up within a week.

How long are the recordings available?

They will be available on our website for 30 days after the conference.
